We stayed at the Lodge at Wakulla Springs State Park from 4/2/2026 to 4/4/2026. While there, we visited the springs and the surrounding area. Additionally, we took the guided boat tours along the Wakulla River where we say lots of wildlife including waterbirds. alligators, turtles and deer.

The water stays a refreshing 72 degrees year-round, making it perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The spring is a key habitat for local wildlife, and its calm waters provide an excellent opportunity to observe manatees, alligators, and freshwater turtles in their natural environment.
