Rancho Buenavista is a horse ranch on the southeast side of the of Cozumel in Mexico

 Cozumel is a popular tourist destination in the Caribbean Sea, off the eastern coast of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula. The ranch offers a variety of activities for visitors, including horseback riding, ATV tours, and cenote tours.

When we visited here in 2004, the horseback ride took us past numerous Maya ruins on the ranch. 

The ranch has been owned by the same family for generations. One of the most popular activities at Rancho Buenavista is horseback riding. Visitors can take a guided tour through the jungle and along the coast, with options for different lengths of rides. The ranch also offers riding lessons and special events like sunset rides. Another popular activity at the ranch is ATV tours, which take visitors through the jungle and along the coast on off-road vehicles. The tour includes stops at a local Mayan ruin, a cenote (a natural swimming hole), and a tequila factory.

For those interested in cenotes, Rancho Buenavista offers tours to several different cenotes in the area. These natural swimming holes are unique to the Yucatan Peninsula and are a popular attraction for visitors to the region.
